Tim is a native of Madison, and with his 30+ years of marketing and business experience, he is an expert at getting homes sold quickly for the highest price. His average listing sells in less than a week over market price, due in part to his network of buyers and Revolved’s effective marketing strategy that uses all available avenues to market a client’s home.
Tim also specializes in investment property acquisition, renovation, management, and sales (single family, multifamily, etc.). He works with investors from around the country helping them build their portfolio in the Tennessee Valley.
