EP 67 is up! Joey Ceci is the President of Breland Companies, which has developed the widely recognizable and popular Clift Farm and Town Madison areas. Joey takes us behind the scenes for many of the initial meetings and conversations that took place in considering the plans for Town Madison as a mixed-use project with Toyota Field as the flagship property. Additionally, Joey has been active in politics for many years in North Alabama and discusses his role on election campaigns for now Congressman Strong, Mayor Battle, and former Mayor Truloch. We talk at length about the special nature of the Greater Huntsville community, which welcomes involvement and participation from any that have a desire. The proud father of Triplet boys, Joey beams as we talk about each of his son’s accomplishments and their unique skills, interests, and accomplishments.
