A native of Hazel Green and graduate of Madison Academy, Jacob Clark is fulfilling his dream of owning his own company aptly named Clark Holding & Development Co. An idyllic boyhood took a tragic turn when Jacob’s older brother passed away in an accident just as he was starting his adulthood. Family has always been at the center of Jacob’s life and has provided the strength to overcome various challenges along the way; and to now be raising (5) children of his own. Jacob shares the ups and downs of his career in home building and land development and now his sights are set on not only helping to bring a Zoo to North Alabama on a very large plot of land, but to bring a one of a kind, state-of-the-art sports complex at that same site. And you will enjoy hearing some things that might surprise you — as they did me — while he and I talked.
